This presentation is an exploration of the mobile system approach within EMS to address the unique needs of patients and families. The multidisciplinary team that comprises the Mobile Integrated Health Program (MIH) will be introduced, and each role explored. Learn about this innovative approach to intervention and the benefits for patients, families, and the entire healthcare continuum.
